Rooms and Rates

The B & B has three bedrooms (Papavero, Tulipano and Rosa), furnished with valuable furniture and paintings, TV, air conditioning and thermo-acoustic windows.

All rooms have an amazing  panoramic view and are very bright and welcoming.

In each of the three rooms you can have an extra bed.

The Papavero Room is the first room of the b & b, located to the left of the entrance, next to the breakfast room.

The bathroom is for private use, and it is to the right of the entrance.

The Tulipano Room and Rosa Room are located on the left of the corridor that connects the entrance to the area of the house where we live.

In front of the rooms there are two bathrooms, one for guests and one for us owners.

All bed and breakfast is covered by wi-fi.

Rates are per room per night.

5%discount on long stay (4 nights minimum).

In some periods a minimum stay could be requested.

Since Jan. 1st Comune di Roma introduced a local tax for tourists staying in hotels or b&b. It’s 2 euro per guest per day with a maximum of 10 nights.

*Cancellation Policy*

Reservations can be canceled up to 7 days before the date of arrival. From the seventh to the fifth day before arrival will be charged an amount equal to 25% of the stay (minimum one night). From the fifth to the second day before arrival will be charged an amount equal to 50% of the total amount (minimum one night). From two days before to the day of the arrival, or for no show, will be charged the full amount. Any cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card given as guarantee and a booking confirmation involves the acceptance of this cancellation policy.
